SIMPLE 3 STEP BOOKING SYSTEM

At Vocal Show we understand that planning a wedding or any other private event can be time consuming and stressful, which is why we like to make booking your Singer and DJ nice and simple. If you haven't already, here's what you need to do in order to secure a booking date with us:

1.Check for availability
First visit us at www.vocalshow.co.uk. After you are pleased with what you see you can navigate to the 'contact' page and submit your details via the enquiry form. Try to include as much information as possible about your event.

Wedding Singer Luca will reply promptly, stating the current availability for the date, along with a full quote for your chosen package.

2. Call to make your booking
Once you are sure that you would like to go ahead you can call Luca direct on 0845 465 0463. He will take all of the necessary information about your event over the phone as well as the initial £100 payment to secure the date, so that nobody else can beat you to it.

3. Confirmation Contracts
For you peace of mind and in order to complete your booking you will be provided with Confirmation Contracts, containing receipt of the initial payment as well as your booking details. Once you have checked, signed and returned a copy your booking is complete!

From this point on you will receive full support where needed prior to the booking date and if you have any questions you can contact Luca via email or phone.

Final payment is taken one month prior to the event and Luca will contact you once more for a chat about your music and to confirm all details.
